Creative Thinking Techniques

A turbo for your ideas

"If something doesn’t exist, I go and invent it." (Enrico Luccherini, Italian entrepreneur)

Genuine innovation requires creativity – but how can creativity be boosted to generate innovative ideas?

Creative thinking techniques focus on discovering routes to problem solving, or ‘simply’ on generating new ideas.

Using effective techniques and working together with you as a team, we generate ideas with you and then evaluate them.

Common methods:

  • Brainstorming (classic method which generates a maximum number of ideas in a small group)
  • Brainwriting (idea generation in a team)
  • Method 635 (6 members of a group work on three ideas for five minutes)
  • Mind mapping (method for structuring, analysing and developing ideas)
  • Scamper (technique for lateral thinking: by means of substitution and new combinations, products/processes are alienated and subsequently rearranged)
  • Synectics (problem solving method which uses alienation, analogy, metaphor, etc to produce solutions, which are subsequently applied to the original problem)
  • Morphology (combination of marked attributes)
