Everything in the pink, but what about tomorrow?

The vision and strategy development programme makes enterprises fit for the next five years. Starting from the long-term objective (vision) to be achieved, the entire range of entrepreneurial activities is explored.

Strategy development comprises:

  • the vision (the longterm goal of the company)
  • the mission (what the company focus is, or the path to achieving the goal)
  • the imperative (quantitative results, e.g., ROS, DCF, CSR, etc.)
  • the core strategy (individual steps leading to subgoals)
  • the core processes (procedures which facilitate achievement of the goals), and
  • the corporate culture as an essential component of success, together with leadership attitude and corporate values
